Todd joined Arrow as a Benefits Advisor in 2024. Although, the majority of his profession has been spent in Life Sciences. For the past 18+ years, he’s been a fixture within the Biotech industry, most notably working for Genentech. With a robust background and expertise rooted in Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the Insurance space.
Todd’s creativity and continuous improvement mindset will aid in delivering impactful solutions and improve program efficiency while focusing on optimizing employer/employee satisfaction.
