arrowDue to the deadlock possible with the death of Justice Scalia, those awaiting their day of reckoning reckon on some more tense moments, and it happened when the Supreme Court dealt Governor Brown and the State of California a blow by voting 4–4 on the issue of whether illegal immigrants could obtain coverage on the exchange. Ruling on an executive action taken by President Obama two years ago, the decision was made not to decide, throwing California plans into jeopardy. And just when we thought they would take further legislative action to strengthen an exchange nobody asked for nor wanted…so just let the carriers administer the subsidy like they should have in the first place, and let the exchange be exchanged for sanity.
