The Arrow “Umbrella Partner Program” was designed to give smaller employee benefit firms the opportunity to withstand competitive threats, expand client services, and provide a viable, guaranteed exit strategy and protection where needed.

The program, developed by founders Jordan Shields and Keith McNeil, includes partnerships that expand Arrow’s reach throughout California. “We wanted to go out to smaller firms and give them the opportunity to align themselves with all the benefits of a larger organization, including exit solutions for retirement. Typically a larger firm buys an agency to increase its book of business. What we’re doing is allowing the broker to still own their business and run it – keeping their integrity and legacy while safely transitioning their business for the future.”
