The Arrow “Umbrel­la Part­ner Pro­gram” was designed to give small­er employ­ee ben­e­fit firms the oppor­tu­ni­ty to with­stand com­pet­i­tive threats, expand client ser­vices, and pro­vide a viable, guar­an­teed exit strat­e­gy and pro­tec­tion where needed.

The pro­gram, devel­oped by founders Jor­dan Shields and Kei­th McNeil, includes part­ner­ships that expand Arrow’s reach through­out Cal­i­for­nia. “We want­ed to go out to small­er firms and give them the oppor­tu­ni­ty to align them­selves with all the ben­e­fits of a larg­er orga­ni­za­tion, includ­ing exit solu­tions for retire­ment. Typ­i­cal­ly a larg­er firm buys an agency to increase its book of busi­ness. What we’re doing is allow­ing the bro­ker to still own their busi­ness and run it – keep­ing their integri­ty and lega­cy while safe­ly tran­si­tion­ing their busi­ness for the future.”
